Although some of us are lawyers, we are not a law firm.  Law firms can foster dependency.  The more staff and the more hours, the greater their revenues.  The greater the revenues, the greater the  partner's share of points.

We work differently.  We are project-focused.  Our goals are to solve the immediate problem and reduce the likelihood of future problems.  We measure success by achievement, not by expense.

 

In fact, we have helped law firms redirect their energies and their focus.  Through our Lean Law program and other techniques, we advised firms on how to redirect energies and focus, and thereby improved their performance and their standing with clients.
